Charlie Neo

Formerly an illustrator in Monaco, Charlie taught herself tattooing in 2019. In 2023, she decided to train with Maxlesquatt to acquire the delicate techniques that would allow her to tattoo in her graphic style. Because Charlie doesn't take the easy way out! Greatly inspired by fashion , science fiction , and fantasy films, she draws and tattoos textures like chrome , water, and glass, which require very precise shading techniques. Her work also incorporates hints of Art Nouveau and medieval influences .
